We Print
2 to 7 business days
We print your design, run a final quality check, and pack it. This is production time, and it is separate from shipping time.
It Ships
3 to 7 business days
U.S. delivery by USPS or FedEx, with a tracking number the moment your order leaves. Most U.S. orders arrive within about 7 to 14 business days from the day you order.
Made in the U.S.A. — every piece is printed and shipped domestically, so you get a more secure, more trackable delivery than overseas print shops, and no customs surprises.

Sizing
Finding Your Perfect Fit
Made to order means the size chart is the most important step.
Take the extra minute before you buy — it is the single best thing you can do to make sure your piece arrives right the first time.

A detailed size chart is linked on every product page. Measurements are far more reliable than the size you usually wear.
True to Size
Shirts and sweatshirts run true to size. If you prefer a relaxed or oversized streetwear fit, size up one level.

Returns, Exchanges & Replacements
If Something Goes Wrong, We Fix It
Everything is made to order — so here is exactly what we cover.
Damaged or Misprinted
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we replace it free and you keep the original. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
Wrong Size
If it does not fit, we will exchange it for a different size free of charge within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unworn and unwashed.
Changed Your Mind
Returning for any other reason? You have 30 days from delivery. Return shipping is paid by you, and the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. We refund the product price once it is received and inspected.
