Refund policy
Every ChristKeys item is made to order. Because each piece is produced individually when you order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Please use the size chart on each product page before ordering.
We stand behind the quality of our gear. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will replace it at no cost to you.
To request a replacement:
- Email returns@christkeys.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Once approved, we will produce and ship a replacement at no charge. You do not need to return the original.
We do not offer refunds for orders that have already entered production, except in cases of defect or shipping error. If an order has not yet entered production, contact us immediately and we will do our best to help.
Lost or stuck shipments: if tracking shows your order has not moved or was not delivered, email returns@christkeys.com and we will open a claim and resolve it.
